Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our core mission. Last updated: August 4, 2026.
1. Introduction
VoxDigits Communications LLC ("VoxAntivirus", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws. We do not collect your personal files, browsing history, or sensitive data.
2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service: (a) Account data: your email address and password hash. (b) Payment data: if paid features are introduced, payments will be processed by a third-party provider; we do not store full card numbers. We do NOT collect: personal files, documents, photos, browsing history, or website visits. VoxAntivirus scans files on your device using an included signature database; file contents are not uploaded, and we do not collect scan statistics.
3. On-Device Scanning
VoxAntivirus scans files locally on your Windows device by comparing file hashes to an included signature database. It does not access, collect, or transmit your personal file contents to our servers. We do not operate cloud-based threat-detection infrastructure.
4. GDPR Compliance
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@voxantivirus.net. Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (providing the service you requested) and legitimate interests (service security and improvement).
5. CCPA Compliance
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to: know what personal data is collected, request deletion of personal data, opt out of the sale of personal data, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal data. To submit a request, contact privacy@voxantivirus.net.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data (email address) only for as long as your account is active. If paid features are introduced, payment metadata will be retained as required by applicable financial regulations. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. We do not retain any personal file contents — they are never uploaded.
7. Cookies
We use minimal essential cookies for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, anonymized analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared through our analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking-based analytics platforms.
9. AI Assistant and ChatGPT Integrations
When you choose to connect VoxAntivirus to ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible AI client, we process only the information needed to complete the request you initiate. This may include your authenticated account identity, OAuth authorization information, the tool request sent by the AI client, and the specific result requested, such as your subscription plan, status, or renewal date. The integration does not give the AI client access to your personal files, device contents, browsing history, passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated customer records. VoxAntivirus returns only data permitted for the signed-in account. Information exchanged with ChatGPT is also handled under OpenAI’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
10. OAuth Authorization and Revocation
AI integrations use OAuth authorization. You must sign in and approve access before an AI client can use VoxAntivirus tools. Authorization tokens are used only to maintain the connection and perform approved requests. You can revoke access by disconnecting VoxAntivirus in the AI client, signing out of connected sessions, or contacting support@voxantivirus.net. Revocation stops future access but does not alter records that another service is legally required to retain.
11. Third-Party Services
We use service providers including transactional email providers, cloud infrastructure providers, Base44 for application infrastructure and OAuth services, and OpenAI when a user connects VoxAntivirus to ChatGPT. If paid features are introduced, a payment processor may be used. These providers process information only to deliver the requested service under their applicable agreements and policies. We do not share your personal file contents with these providers.
12. Data Deletion Process
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting privacy@voxantivirus.net or using the delete account feature in your dashboard. Personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial compliance purposes. Disconnecting an AI integration immediately prevents new tool access.
13. No Sale of Personal Data
VoxAntivirus does not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is disclosed to service providers only as necessary to operate the service or complete a request you initiate.
14. No Collection of Personal Files
We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal files, documents, or photos through the website or AI integration. Your files remain under your control.
15. Data Security
We protect personal data with encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, OAuth authorization, and access controls based on least-privilege principles. Subscription records exposed through the AI integration are restricted to the authenticated user or authorized administrators.
16. Your Rights
Regardless of your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also revoke an AI connection at any time. Contact privacy@voxantivirus.net with a request; we aim to respond within 30 days.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where required. The effective date below indicates the latest revision.
