1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable use of VoxAntivirus services. We are committed to providing a secure, reliable, and lawful service. By using VoxAntivirus, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Acceptable Use

• Using VoxAntivirus on a supported Windows desktop device
• Reading the in-app privacy and security guidance
• Managing your account and subscription
• Downloading the app from official sources
• Contacting support for help with your account

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account termination:

• Sending unsolicited email (spam)
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Hacking, attacking, or compromising third-party systems
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Child exploitation or any illegal content
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Terrorism or violent extremist activities

4. Enforcement

VoxAntivirus investigates all abuse reports. If we confirm a violation of this AUP, we may: (a) issue a warning, (b) suspend the account temporarily, or (c) terminate the account permanently. Serious violations result in immediate termination. We rely on abuse reports and external evidence to investigate violations.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from a VoxAntivirus user, email abuse@voxantivirus.net with:

• • The account email or IP address and timestamp of the incident
• • Relevant logs or evidence
• • A description of the abusive activity

We respond to abuse reports within 24 hours.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page and notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
